Thank You for your reservation with Skydive Sussex. Skydive Sussex is a very busy skydiving center and is fully booked each weekend and most week days. We limit our bookings to ensure a jump for each person who has reserved a slot for a class. For this reason we require a $50.00 deposit per person. Barring unforeseen or unfavorable occurrences such as bad weather moving in, you will jump the same day you receive your training.

1. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. (Be prepared to show a photo identification.) You must be in sound mental and physical condition and weigh less than 220 lbs. If there is a question of health a doctors note might be necessary.

2. Please understand the appointment you have made is for a class. YOU DO NOT JUMP WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF ARRIVING AT THE AIRFIELD! Between your classroom training, other students, aircraft and instructor availability you MUST BE PREPARED TO STAY ALL DAY!!! We can not stress that enough. Bring a picnic, a Frisbee and relax in the country!

3. You and each person in your group MUST SHOW UP regardless of the weather for the class! Once you are here you may leave without attending the class and making a skydive without the loss of your deposit.

4. Anyone who needs to cancel their appointment must do so 7 days prior to the date of their class. For groups of 10 or more a 14 day cancellation notice is required. You may not cancel or reschedule your appointment after the allotted time period without the loss of your $50.00 deposit.

5. If you decide to take the class once you are here and are unable to jump the same day, you will be required to reschedule the jump. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO FOUL WEATHER ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN TRAINED!

6. It is the responsibility of the person making the reservation to be sure that everyone in the group receives a copy of this policy. Any one who does not agree to these conditions should cancel their appointment before the allotted seven (7) or fourteen (14) day cancellation period.

7. Dress as you would for any other sport for this time of the year. Dress comfortably, casually and wear sneakers.

8. No alcoholic beverages allowed during operating hours by either students or spectators! Please leave pets at home. Children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times.
